Practice Area

The practice boundary to the east includes Trimingham, to the west up to and including Beeston Regis and south to Hanworth.

Please ask if you are not sure whether you lie within this boundary.

Surgery Hours

Registration of New Patients

If you are a new patient wishing to register, you will need to collect a registration form from the receptionist. An appointment will be booked with our nursing assistant for you to have some basic health checks and if you need to see a doctor this will be arranged.

How to make an appointment

To make an appointment, ring 01263 514864, or call in to the surgery. Because we want to keep waiting times as short as possible, we normally offer several appointments for you to book on the day. If you do need to pre-book an appointment, please explain this to the receptionist when making your request. If you would like to discuss a problem with a doctor over the telephone please ask the receptionist to book a telephone appointment.
